Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product, by completing the returns form and presenting the proof of purchase along with the products he/she desires.
EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS
- products manufactured according to consumer specifications
- products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, provided they are sealed and have been unsealed after delivery
- Stock products products with a discount code.

Refund
Once the returned package has been received and inspected, an email will be sent to the customer informing them whether the return has been approved or not.
Upon approval, the refund will be automatically made to the IBAN account stated on the return form.
The refund will be made within 14 business days of receipt of the return.
Product ReplacementProducts are ONLY replaced if they are defective or if the wrong code has been sent.
Gifts
Gift wrapping and gift cards are currently not available.
